Everyone is Welcome
Whether you're coming to pray, to learn, or simply to meet your neighbours, here's everything you need to know before you arrive.
Before You Come In
A few simple customs help everyone feel at ease. Don't worry about getting it perfect: just ask and someone will help.
- 01
Dress modestly
Loose clothing that covers arms and legs. Sisters are asked to cover their hair.
- 02
Shoes off
Please remove your shoes before entering the prayer hall.
- 03
Find your space
Brothers use the main hall. Sisters have a separate prayer area with its own wudu area and restroom.
- 04
During prayer
Visitors are welcome to sit quietly at the back and observe. Please avoid walking directly in front of someone who is praying.
